Once a product has been used, we regret that it cannot be returned.
Since tea is a food product, and for hygiene reasons, the item being returned must be unused and brand-new. Please ensure the product itself, along with all accessories, free gifts, invoices, and all accompanying materials, remain intact. Please do not open the packaging. If the packaging is opened and the contents are exposed to air, Yue reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange.
Upon receiving the product, please inspect it promptly. A return request must be submitted within the 7-day cooling-off period after receiving the product. Late requests for returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

The buyer must ensure that the returned product is in the same condition as it was when received, including but not limited to the product itself, accessories, free gifts, invoices, warranty cards, original packaging, and accompanying documents. If the product or packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary for inspection, or due to reasons attributable to the buyer, the right to return the product may be affected.
[Refund Conditions]
The buyer agrees that a refund can only be requested under this refund and return policy in the following situations:
- The buyer did not receive the product.
- The product is defective and/or was damaged during shipping.
- The seller sent an incorrect product that does not meet the agreed specifications (e.g., wrong item, quantity, etc.).
- The product received by the buyer significantly differs from the description listed by the seller.
